Contest will run from 10:00 a.m. EST on August 1, 2020 until 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, August 21, 2020. Any form submissions or Facebook Page Likes we receive outside of that time period will not be considered for the purposes of this contest. By filling out the following form, you enter into the following set of agreements:

• You agree that this promotion is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Facebook or MailChimp; and acknowledge a complete release of Facebook and MailChimp by your participation.
• You agree to be subscribed to C|Suites Executive Offices’ mailing list and, from time to time (but not to exceed once per week), receive promotional emails from C|Suites Executive Offices.
• You agree that you are providing your own first name, last name, e-mail address and are filling out all other form fields accurately and that you are above 18 years old and are within the United States.
• You agree that you have LIKED our Facebook Page and are submitting this form as both are required to be entered into this contest.
• You agree that chances of winning are determined by the number of entries.
• You agree that, if selected as the winner, you will sign our standard three-month contract for our Virtual Office for the time period of September 1, 2020 through November 30, 2020. Each month you will be afforded ten (10) hours that you may schedule within our Virtual Office, located at our Creekside Gahanna location. These hours must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability of our Virtual Office. Any unused hours are forfeited.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected at 10 a.m. EST on Monday, August 24, 2020, from all submissions as winner of a three-month Virtual Office contract, which includes 10 hours of scheduled time per month.  We’ll post the winner on our Facebook Page and will also directly contact the winner by email.
